Pastor Lupe Delgado, a Chicago native, comes from a rich heritage of ministry. His parents dedicated over three decades to pastoral service within the Church of God, setting a powerful example of faithfulness and commitment. Being raised in a Christ-centered home deeply shaped his love for God and ignited a lifelong passion for serving the church.

In 2010, Lupe began his formal ministry training at the Church of God Bible Institute. He earned his Exhorter’s Certificate in 2017, Ordained Minister’s Certificate in 2020, and Ordained Bishop’s Certificate in 2024.

In 2016, Lupe became the Lead Pastor of Exchange Church in Chicago, IL, serving for eight impactful years. He also served as the Youth Director in the North Central Hispanic (NCH) Region from 2020 to 2025, inspiring a new generation of young believers.

In June 2024, Lupe responded to the call to serve as lead pastor at Vida Nueva Church in South Bend, IN, where he faithfully ministered for nine months. Following that season, he transitioned in March 2025 to the Delmarva-DC region, embracing a new chapter of ministry with fresh vision and a deepened sense of purpose.
